1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all products and services provided by Joey Does Tech Limited, including:
- Online courses and digital products sold through Skool.com,
- Any future downloadable or subscription-based content,
- Other digital educational services provided under the Joey Does Tech brand.
By purchasing a digital course or accessing any paid Joey Does Tech content, you agree to the terms below.
2. Digital Products & Instant Access
Our courses and memberships are digital products that provide immediate access to all materials once your payment is confirmed.
Under UK consumer law, once digital content has been made available to you, and you have acknowledged this before purchase, you lose your automatic 14-day right to cancel.
By completing your purchase on Skool.com, you agree that:
“I am gaining instant access to this digital product and understand that this waives my 14-day cancellation right under UK law.”
This disclosure ensures compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. When Refunds Are Available
We want you to be satisfied with your experience, and we’ll always handle refund requests fairly.
Refunds may be offered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues: You were unable to access the course or encountered significant platform errors that prevented use, and the issue cannot be resolved.
- Content errors: The course was misrepresented or did not match its advertised description.
- Goodwill requests: You contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase, explaining genuine dissatisfaction with the course, and have viewed only a small portion of the material.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Refunds for subscription renewals may be considered only in cases of clear technical errors (e.g. duplicate payments or accidental double billing).
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have already accessed or completed a significant portion of the course.
- You purchased the course by mistake or changed your mind after access was granted.
- You attempted repairs and caused damage while following tutorials.
- You expected different results or outcomes not promised in the course description.
- You purchased using a discount or promotional price (these sales are final).
- Subscription Plans: Subscription payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel future renewals at any time via your Skool account. Access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
As our products are digital and instantly accessible, we cannot “return” the content once delivered.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@joeydoestech.com within 7 days of purchase and include:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- The course name and purchase date
- A short explanation of your concern or technical issue
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method (Stripe).

In most cases, we can resolve technical issues quickly without needing to process a refund.
