  • The Sell a Device submission form
  • Access to online courses, memberships, or digital products hosted via Skool.com or other authorised platforms

By engaging with any Joey Does Tech service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • You may submit a device for potential purchase.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any submission.

c) Digital Courses & Memberships

  • Courses and memberships are digital products delivered online via Skool.com or other authorised platforms.
  • Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  • These are non-transferable and intended for personal, educational use only.

4. No Guarantee of Repair or Results

For repair submissions:

  • There is no guarantee that your device can or will be repaired.
  • All repairs are performed at your own risk.

For digital courses:

  • While we provide guidance and instruction, we make no guarantee of specific outcomes (e.g., successful repairs, earnings, or skill proficiency).
  • All content is for educational purposes only.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Joey Does Tech Limited is not responsible for:

  • Damage or data loss during shipping or repair
  • Further faults arising from or after attempted repairs
  • Any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from following course tutorials
  • Interruptions or downtime on third-party platforms (e.g. Skool.com)

You agree to waive any claims for losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of our services or content.

6. Safety Notice

All repair and soldering tutorials involve the use of tools, heat, and electrical components.

You are solely responsible for ensuring:

  • A safe working environment (including ventilation, fume extraction, and protective gear)
  • Appropriate posture and workstation setup

  • You must provide accurate billing details.
  • Access to digital content is provided immediately once payment is confirmed.

8. Refunds

Our refund process for digital products is covered under the Refund Policy.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that courses and memberships are digital goods, and refunds are only available under the terms specified in that policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content — including text, video, images, designs, and branding — is the property of Joey Does Tech Limited.

You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, record, or share course materials
  • Upload our content to public or private repositories
  • Resell or claim ownership of any Joey Does Tech product or tutorial

Personal, private educational use is permitted.

10. Shipping & Handling (Repairs & Device Sales)

  • You must cover all shipping costs both ways.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
  • For sales, payment will only be issued once we receive and verify the device condition.

Once payment is completed, ownership of the device transfers fully to Joey Does Tech Limited.

The device may be kept, used, sold, dismantled, or featured in public content.

11. Timeframes

  • There are no guaranteed completion dates for repairs.
  • Updates may be provided at our discretion.
  • Course access is typically instant after payment but may depend on Skool platform availability.

12. Communication

We may contact you by email to:

  • Confirm submissions, repairs, or purchases
  • Provide course access or updates
  • Notify you of new content or offers (if you’ve opted in)

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

13. Data Protection

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.

14. Content Consent

By submitting a device or engaging in any Joey Does Tech service, you agree that your device or interactions may be featured in our content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

18.  Subscriptions & Memberships

Joey Does Tech Limited offers paid subscriptions (e.g. Premium or VIP) that grant ongoing access to digital courses, community features, and live events via Skool.com.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time through your Skool account, and your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation.

Prices and benefits may change as new courses or events are added. All changes will be communicated in advance.
